How much does a ticket cost?

An individual lunch ticket costs £25 per person per lunch. The ticket price includes a glass of house wine, a main course and a cup of coffee at each session.

I've paid, but haven't heard anything from you

Occasionally our "e-ticket" confirmation emails are treated as "spam" (and therefore deleted by some ISPs), so if you don't hear from us within a reasonable period of time, please telephone to let us know you haven't received your "e-ticket" and we will be able to sort it out.

I've received my e-ticket confirmation but don't ever seem to get your "events' updates"

If you know that we have your name on our list (ie, you've attended an event or requested to be put on our "notification" email) but haven't heard anything it is probable that correspondence from us is being treated as "spam". Try putting maria.stuff@talkincompany.com in your address book and then hopefully our newsletters won't be deleted. Still not receiving anything ... then please contact us.

What if I change my mind - may I send some one in my place?

Absolutely, tickets are transferable and if you know you can’t make one of the lunches please inform us via e mail (24 hours in advance) who will be attending in your place, hopefully they will be hooked.

Do I get a refund if I miss an event?

No. As above, if you can’t make an event you can transfer the ticket to a friends/colleague or we can resell the ticket and we will give the profit to the charity of the day. If you transfer the ticket, please let us know via e-mail the name of that person 24 hours before the lunch.

May I suggest a speaker?

Yes, if you can think of someone whom you believe would make a great speaker and tick the right boxes then do please let us know by email

What if I think the lunch is awful?

Please let us know if you have any complaints at all and we will do our utmost to remedy them. If possible, don’t wait until you get home but do feel free to let us know on the day. It is easier to deal with such issues there and then.

Am I expected to give to each charity at these lunches?

No, your donation is given through the ticket price. If you would like to give extra, links are available to each charity on our website
