Occasionally our "e-ticket" confirmation emails are treated as "spam" (and therefore deleted by some ISPs), so if you don't hear from us within a reasonable period of time, or you don't seem to be receiving any of our "newsletters" please telephone to let us know. We don't send out lots of "junk" mail but what we do send out always includes some relevant information to the events!
For those of you who have already attended our lunches, you will know that there is an organised seating plan. If there is somebody you would like to sit with, please do let us know and we will try and accommodate you. We are unable to amend this tableplan on the day of the event so any requests should be sent in good time.
Please note that tickets are not available for sale at the venue on the day of the event.

Payment Via PayPal or by cheques, which should be made payable to Talk In Company.
Copyright Talk In Company owns the copyright in all event and demonstration material. The material may not be reproduced in any form or used without the express permission of Talk In Company.
Variations Talk In Company reserves the right to vary the speaker, timing, date and venue of an event where the occasion necessitates, or to cancel the event and issue a full refund of any fees paid. Talk In Company can not be held responsible for eventualities outside of its control or for any consequential loss.
Cancellation Cancellations must be made in writing and received by us at least seven days prior to thee event and will be subject to a £10 administration charge. We will not accept cancellations that have not been received by us, and you should obtain proof of sending. Cancellations not giving the required notice, and those not received in writing, will not be accepted and the full fee will be due.
Substitutes Guests may send a substitute to attend an event at any time without charge but should notify Talk In Company at least 24 hours before the event for registration purposes.
Photographs Often photographers record our events and we will put photographs onto our website and images may appear in our or other's published material. If you do not wish to have your photograph publicised, please let us know, otherwise we will assume you have no objection. However, photographs may not be reproduced from our website without our permission.
Talkincompany is secular and non-political and reserves the right not to promote other organisations and to control the copy of any material submitted for inclusion on its website. Talkincompany does not endorse any organisation referred to on its website.
Talkincompany reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason and anyone behaving in a disruptive manner may be asked to leave and any payment for tickets will not be refunded at the discretion of Talkincompany
